  15. Help wanted for a programmer willing to help jump start or tutor a 
  16. C programmer on how to do Windows programming with Microsoft Visual C++.
  17. Must live in the Cleveland, OH area but I have a car and am able to
  18. travel to your site.  Time commitment would be about 4-5 hours a week
